OY4502-1 3Ton wheeled Air Jack targets vehicles with minimal ground clearance that prevent standard air jack configurations from being slid beneath the chassis in the deflated state. With a deflated profile thinner than the standard model and a maximum lift height of 300 mm, it serves the growing segment of lowered and sports cars .
The material is compounded to achieve maximum flexibility when fully deflated, allowing the jack to be compressed to its thinnest possible flat dimension for insertion beneath a low sill. Once positioned, inflation is smooth and controlled, with the bag filling from the edges inward to avoid pushing the jack sideways as pressure builds.
This model weighs 17 kg—slightly lighter than the 400 mm variants—because the reduced-height bag assembly uses less rubber and a correspondingly lighter base plate, keeping total unit weight to the minimum needed for the application. This weight reduction is meaningful when positioning the jack in tight spaces below a low vehicle.
The reduced maximum height of 300 mm is sufficient for wheel removal on lowered passenger cars, which typically require only 250–280 mm of clearance to remove a wheel after the vehicle is fully raised.
Inlet and dump valve connections are identical to the standard and dual-bag variants, allowing this model to be operated with any air supply equipment already in use at the facility—no additional hoses, fittings, or adapters are required.
