A pallet truck—also called a pallet jack or pump truck—is a material handling device used for lifting and moving pallets or heavy loads. We offer three capacity options: 1 ton, 2 tons, and 3 tons. The version with 550×1150 mm fork length and PU wheels is quite popular in the market. We have both high‑end models and more budget‑friendly options. The 2‑ton model is our bestseller. These trucks are widely used in warehouses, storage facilities, and loading docks to move goods safely and efficiently.
Key features of a pallet truck include:
Load Capacity – Selecting a truck with a capacity that matches your typical load weight is very important.
Forks – Two long forks slide under the pallet. They are tapered and often come with entry rollers to help guide them smoothly into place.
Pump Action – The truck is operated manually using a hydraulic pump mechanism that raises and lowers the forks.
Steering and Wheels – A steerable handle (or tiller) allows easy maneuvering in tight spaces. Most trucks have two large front wheels and two smaller rear wheels for stability and smooth movement.
Brake or Locking Mechanism – A locking mechanism on the handle keeps the load from moving when the truck is stationary, preventing accidental rolling and ensuring the safety of the operator and nearby workers.
