OY03AC Heavy-Duty 4000-5000KG Hydraulic Hand Pallet Truck

OY03AC is a high-capacity hydraulic hand pallet truck rated at 4000 KG and 5000 KG, designed for the demanding load conditions encountered in heavy industrial facilities, steel service centres, stone and tile warehouses, and other environments where loads substantially exceed those handled by standard pallet trucks.

The fork arms and truck body are fabricated from heavy-section steel with structural dimensions appropriate for the elevated load ratings. The hydraulic system is calibrated to generate the lifting force needed for 5000 KG loads within a manageable tiller pump effort, supported by the mechanical advantage built into the pump geometry.

Fork width options of 550 mm and 685 mm and fork lengths of 1100 mm and 1220 mm allow OY03AC to be configured for the pallet dimensions most commonly used in the target application. This sizing flexibility means one truck specification covers a range of pallet formats without compromise.The load rollers and drive wheel are sized for heavy-duty load ratings, with wheel compounds chosen to resist the compression and abrasion forces generated by 5-tonne loads on standard warehouse flooring.
