The high-strength steel mast and fork assembly are designed to maintain structural alignment under the full rated load at maximum lift height, reducing lateral deflection that could cause instability at elevation. The fork profile is standard pallet-entry compatible across the range.

The manual hydraulic pump is operated through the tiller handle with a stroke action that builds pressure to lift the load progressively. The handle can be pumped in the neutral steer position, giving the operator control over lift rate without requiring repositioning of the hands.The swivel castor arrangement at the drive end and the fixed straddle leg castors provide the combination of steering responsiveness and load-path stability characteristic of counterbalanced stacker design.
