OY02AC Multi Fork-Length 2000-3000KG Hydraulic Hand Pallet Truck

OY02AC covers 2000 KG, 2500 KG, and 3000 KG load ratings and is available with fork lengths of 1100 mm, 1150 mm, and 1220 mm in combination with fork widths of 550 mm and 685 mm. The additional fork-length option allows the truck to better suit applications where pallet runner spacing varies from one facility or pallet standard to another.

The truck frame and fork arms are fabricated from quality steel to provide the structural rigidity and fatigue resistance required in warehouse and logistics environments where pallet trucks are in near-continuous daily use. Weld joints are inspected to conform to the load rating requirements.

The manual hydraulic lift system is operated through the tiller pump handle with a manageable stroke count to reach carrying height. An overload relief valve is incorporated to limit the hydraulic pressure applied, preventing accidental overloading that could damage the truck or the pallet being handled.

Polyurethane front and rear wheels reduce floor impact and rolling friction, contributing to smooth, controlled movement even when the truck is fully loaded. The low profile of the forks when lowered allows entry under pallets sitting on flat floors without raised edges.
