OY2020A 20Ton Standard-H-Frame Hydraulic Shop Press

The OY2020A is the H-frame 20-ton hydraulic shop press, providing a substantial step up in pressing force while maintaining the conventional upright H-frame geometry that makes press operations intuitive for experienced shop technicians. Twenty tons of pressing force opens up applications beyond standard bearing and bushing work: heavy-duty frame straightening, thick-plate bending, large bearing removal from interference-fit shafts, and press-fit assembly of commercial vehicle components that would stall a 12-ton press.
The 0-810 mm working range is one of the longest in the standard shop press category, accommodating tall components and allowing the lower bed to be positioned near the bottom of the frame for working on extended shaft lengths. The 595 mm bed width provides ample lateral support for frame and crossmember straightening work.
The overload protection device prevents the hydraulic circuit from delivering force beyond the 20-ton rated capacity regardless of pump input, protecting both the operator and the workpiece from the consequences of force overshoot. The integral welded alloy steel frame resists deformation under repeated high-load press cycles.
