It shares the same minimum entry height of 65mm and maximum lift of 406mm, making it equally capable of accessing standard forklift underbody clearances while being easier to handle and transport within a service bay.
The reduced mass compared to the OY1041 models makes the OY1042 more manageable for single-operator deployment in areas with limited access or where the jack must be frequently repositioned between service bays. Despite the lighter construction, the 4-ton rated capacity is maintained through optimized structural geometry rather than raw material volume.
