OY2030D 30Ton foot-operated Hydraulic Shop Press

The OY2030D is a 30‑ton hydraulic shop press operated by a foot pedal, designed for metalworking, maintenance, and assembly tasks. Unlike traditional lever‑operated presses, the foot‑controlled design allows the operator to use both hands to position and stabilize the workpiece while gradually applying pressure with the foot. This significantly improves safety and precision, especially when handling heavy or awkwardly shaped components such as shafts, gears, bushings, and bearing assemblies.
The foot pedal provides intuitive, proportional control – the harder you press the pedal, the faster or stronger the ram moves. A pressure gauge allows continuous monitoring of applied force, and an integrated overload relief valve prevents exceeding the rated capacity. The working range is 151-1031 mm, and the adjustable work table can be repositioned at different heights via a simple pin system.
The entire press is finished with a durable powder coating for resistance against oil, rust, and workshop abrasion. The OY2030D is compact, with a net weight of 130 kg. Applications range from straightening bent shafts and pressing bearings into housings to bending metal plates and assembling press‑fit components.
