OY0031-D Reinforced 15-21 Inch Portable Tire Changer

OY0031-D is a reinforced version of the 15 to 21 inch portable tire changer, with a higher gross weight of 20 KG compared with the standard OY0031 at 17.5 KG. The additional material in the structure provides increased rigidity and durability for applications where the changer is used more intensively or with stiffer, higher-profile tyres.
The reinforced build is particularly relevant when working with tyres that require greater lever force to break the bead, such as older tyres with stiff or corroded beads, or performance tyres with reinforced sidewall construction. The added structural mass resists deformation under these higher operating loads.
The 15 to 21 inch rim diameter coverage remains the same as the standard model, maintaining compatibility with the same vehicle range while providing additional robustness for demanding use cases. The heavier construction results in a slightly greater carrying weight but improves the stability of the tool on the work surface during high-force lever operations. This reduced flex during bead breaking can make the procedure more controllable for the operator.
