The Compact 10Ton Short Body Ram doubles the rated capacity of entry-level rams while preserving the short, space-saving form factor that defines this product family. With a body height spanning just 44–55 mm, it handles medium-duty retraction and straightening tasks in areas where taller equipment cannot be positioned.
The ram cylinder is manufactured from thick-wall seamless steel tubing, CNC-turned to tight tolerances on the inner bore. This precision machining ensures the plunger travels with minimal friction and zero side-load deflection, protecting both the tool and the workpiece from unintended stress.
A hardened steel base plate distributes load evenly, preventing point-loading that could damage vehicle subframes or press beds. Four precision-ground contact surfaces keep the unit level and stable under eccentric loading conditions common in automotive repair scenarios.
