OY4803 Heavy-Duty 35Ton Air Hydraulic Service Jack is the maximum-capacity model in the floor-running service jack line, designed for the most demanding vehicle lifting requirements encountered in heavy transport workshops. This jack can support the corner weight of fully loaded semi-trailers, articulated buses, and heavy construction vehicles—applications where no lighter jack offers an adequate safety margin.
The air-hydraulic booster unit on this model is independently rated for 35-ton operation, with an internal valve train that handles the high oil volume required to extend the large-bore cylinder. A bypass valve in the air circuit limits maximum air pressure to the operating range, protecting the booster from damage if connected to an over-pressurized supply.
The trolley frame is fabricated from heavy structural steel sections with all primary joints double-welded for maximum strength.
