OY4502-2 Dual-Bag 3Ton Air Jack uses two stacked pneumatic lifting chambers to achieve a maximum height of 300 mm, balancing compact storage volume with a useful lift range for passenger vehicle roadside emergencies and light workshop use.
Air entry into both bags is simultaneous via a single inlet valve, ensuring both chambers inflate evenly and the load rises without tilting—a stability advantage over single-bag designs that can lean when lifting off-center contact points on a vehicle's sill or axle bracket.
The base footprint is wide enough to resist tipping on firm surfaces even when the bag stack reaches its full 300 mm extension. This footprint-to-height ratio is carefully calculated to maintain the jack's stability through the full stroke under a 3-ton static load, which is a more demanding stability criterion than the load rating alone suggests.
Deflation is rapid via a manual dump valve that releases air from both chambers simultaneously, lowering the vehicle smoothly and predictably. The valve design prevents accidental rapid deflation—the dump valve requires a deliberate twist to open, protecting against unintended vehicle descent.Durable rubber bag material resists puncture from road grit, workshop floor debris, and sharp-edged vehicle jacking points.
