OY9012 Portable 12Ton Air Hydraulic Jack

The Portable 12Ton Air Hydraulic Jack combines air-powered primary actuation with a hydraulic cylinder to deliver fast, smooth lifting without the physical effort associated with manual bottle jacks. At 12-ton capacity and a compact footprint, it is the lightest and most easily transported model in the air hydraulic jack series—suitable for mobile repair units and smaller service bays.
Air supply activates the pneumatic booster, which pre-fills the hydraulic circuit rapidly and lifts the load through the first portion of the stroke in seconds. The operator then fine-tunes height and load using a manual control valve, giving precise positional control that a purely air-operated system cannot provide.
The cylinder body is made from high-strength alloy steel, and the plunger is chrome-plated and hardened to resist scoring from metal particles in workshop environments. The piston seal system uses a compound ring design that maintains oil-tight performance across the full range of ambient temperatures encountered in unheated workshops.
With a minimum height of 250 mm and maximum of 480 mm, the OY9012 covers a vertical range suitable for passenger car and light-truck axle service, supporting the vehicle at the correct height for wheel removal, brake work, and suspension component replacement.
