The Industrial 50Ton Air Hydraulic Jack represents the maximum capacity in the air hydraulic jack range, delivering forces sufficient to lift and support the heaviest commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and large industrial equipment that workshops encounter. 
The dual-stage lifting cylinder features a large-diameter primary stage for rapid low-pressure travel and a smaller-bore high-pressure stage that generates the full 50-ton force in the final portion of the stroke. This arrangement allows the jack to travel to the vehicle contact point quickly before switching to maximum-force mode, reducing total cycle time significantly.
All structural components—base plate, cylinder body, and plunger—are manufactured from alloy steel with heat treatment specified to resist brittle fracture under shock loading. Welds are executed using full-penetration processes and inspected ultrasonically, reflecting the safety-critical nature of lifting at 50-ton capacity.
The control valve group includes an adjustable pressure relief set to the factory-certified maximum, preventing the system from being over-pressurized by an incorrect air supply.
