The OY2050 is a 50‑ton industrial‑pneumatic shop press designed for heavy‑duty, high‑cycle applications in production environments, large repair shops, and manufacturing facilities. Unlike manual or foot‑operated presses, the OY2050 utilizes a pneumatic‑over‑hydraulic intensifier system that converts standard shop compressed air into up to 50 tons of hydraulic pressing force. This allows for effortless, push‑button operation: simply connect to an air line, and the press can be activated by a hand lever. The pneumatic control system includes a two‑hand anti‑tie‑down safety circuit as standard, preventing accidental actuation and protecting the operator during repetitive pressing tasks such as bearing pressing, gear assembly, bushing insertion, axle straightening, and metal forming.
The frame is made of high-strength alloy steel through integral casting and precision machining, featuring excellent load-bearing capacity and wear resistance, suitable for long-term heavy-duty work. Equipped with a clear pressure gauge, it provides real-time pressure feedback, facilitating operators to adjust parameters accurately and ensure processing quality.
The 0-1030 mm working range and 650 mm bed width create a working volume appropriate for the large commercial and industrial components that require 50-ton pressing force. Air pressure requirement: 0.75–0.85 MPa.
