The OY2020C is a 20-ton dual-power pneumatic-hydraulic shop press that integrates both pneumatic drive and hydraulic pressurization in a single machine, combining the speed advantage of pneumatic actuation with the precision pressure control of hydraulic transmission. The pneumatic drive circuit uses shop-air pressure to advance the ram rapidly and build initial pressing force; the hydraulic pressurization circuit then multiplies that force to the full 20-ton output with stable, gauge-readable precision. The result is a machine that is faster than a manual hydraulic press and more controllable than a purely pneumatic press—particularly valuable in production environments where both speed and force accuracy are process requirements.
 The high-precision pressure gauge displays the working pressure in real time, and the safety protection package includes overload protection, emergency stop, and a stroke limiter that prevents the ram from exceeding the programmed travel distance.
The high-strength carbon steel frame is integrally welded and precision-machined at all bearing surfaces for long-term geometric accuracy. The 550 mm working bed provides the width needed for automotive hub assemblies and commercial component pressing. Air pressure input requirement: 0.75–0.85 MPa, compatible with all standard workshop compressor systems. At 91 kg, the OY2020C is an efficient floor-standing tool for medium-duty production pressing.
