OYOL1001 Standard 80-Litre Vacuum Oil Collector

The OYOL1001 Standard 80-Litre Vacuum Oil Collector is a dedicated waste oil recovery tool designed for efficient and clean fluid collection during oil changes and general fluid servicing in automotive workshops and maintenance facilities. Operating with a vacuum degree range of 0 to minus 0.08 MPa and an air pressure of 8 to 10 kg/cm², it draws waste engine oil, gear oil, and other vehicle fluids directly from the drain point into the sealed 80-litre collection tank, reducing mess and improving workshop hygiene.

The unit features two fluid collection speeds — 0.8 L/min through the 4.5 mm port and 1.6 L/min through the 6.5 mm port — allowing the operator to match flow rate to the viscosity and volume of the fluid being collected. The maximum operating pressure is 4 kg/cm², and the tank capacity of 80 litres is sufficient for collecting waste fluid from multiple vehicles before the tank requires emptying. The packing size of 55 × 46 × 100 cm and gross weight of approximately 21.5 kg indicate a unit suited to floor-level workshop positioning.
