The OY20100E is a 100‑ton industrial electric shop press, engineered for the most extreme pressing applications in heavy manufacturing, mining equipment repair, railway workshops, steel fabrication, and large-scale industrial maintenance. Unlike manual, foot-operated, or pneumatic presses, the OY20100E features a powerful electric hydraulic pump driven by a heavy-duty industrial motor. This allows for effortless, push-button operation with automatic ram advance, pressing, and retraction – dramatically increasing productivity while eliminating operator fatigue. The OY20100E ideal for high-cycle, repetitive pressing tasks such as pressing locomotive bearings, straightening massive shafts, forming thick steel plates, and assembling heavy press-fit components.
The intelligent digital pressure gauge interfaces with the frequency-drive control system, enabling force-based speed control: the motor automatically decelerates as the press load approaches the target force, preventing overshoot and enabling precision force-controlled pressing protocols that are not achievable with pneumatic or standard electric press drives. The integrated electro-hydraulic transmission ensures stable force output throughout the 0–1040 mm working range on a 1050 × 280 mm bed.
