OY-A9001 premium Frame Straightener

The OY-A9001 Premium Frame Straightener is a professional-grade automotive collision repair system designed for body shops, restoration facilities, and heavy-duty vehicle service centers. Engineered to restore unibody and frame-on-frame vehicles to factory specifications, this system combines a heavy-duty platform, multiple hydraulic pulling towers, and a comprehensive accessory set to deliver precise, controlled straightening of damaged frames, rails, and structural members. The platform is constructed from high-strength, laser-cut steel plate with a fully welded box-section design, providing exceptional rigidity and resistance to flexing under pulling forces that can exceed 10 tons. This robust foundation ensures that energy is directed precisely into the damaged area rather than being absorbed by the machine itself. The OY-A9001 is equally suited for straightening passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, and commercial vans, offering the versatility and pulling power required for modern collision repair environments.
The hydraulic system comprises two or more independently controlled pulling towers, each equipped with a high-tonnage hydraulic ram and a precision pressure gauge for real-time force monitoring. The towers travel on heavy-duty roller bearings along reinforced rails integrated into the platform, allowing infinite positioning to match any damage vector. Each ram is operated via a remote hand pump or foot pedal, providing smooth, incremental pulling force without sudden shocks that could worsen the damage. A synchronized multi-point pulling capability enables the technician to apply complex pull vectors simultaneously, replicating the precise angles required for unibody dimension restoration. The system includes a full complement of chain clamps, grip pliers, and universal bench mounts, along with vehicle-specific measuring gauges or compatible electronic measuring systems. The platform surface features a grid of precisely spaced holes and slots for mounting accessories and anchoring vehicles with chain or strap binders. All hydraulic components are protected against overload by factory-calibrated relief valves, and the rams are double-sealed to prevent leakage during sustained heavy pulls.

How to Use an Engine Stand Correctly Using an engine stand might seem straightforward, but it’s important to follow these steps for safety and efficiency: Secure the Engine: Attach the engine to the stand using the mounting arms, ensuring it is firmly held in place. Rotate Carefully: If your stand has a rotating head, turn the engine slowly and evenly to avoid damaging any parts. Check Stability: Always double-check the stability of the engine before beginning work. Ensure that the stand is level and the engine is secure. Work at Comfortable Angles: Use the rotation feature to adjust the engine’s position to a comfortable working angle.
