The OY1057-2 2.5-Ton Alloy-Steel Aluminum Floor Jack is a lightweight yet powerful lifting tool engineered for mobile mechanics, racing teams, and professional workshops where portability and speed are essential. With a rated capacity of 2.5 metric tons, it safely lifts sedans, SUVs, and light trucks. The innovative construction combines a high-strength alloy steel chassis with an aluminum main frame and lift arm, significantly reducing overall weight to approximately 28 kilograms—up to 30% lighter than conventional steel jacks of the same capacity. This weight reduction does not compromise rigidity, as the alloy-steel reinforcement plates maintain torsional strength under full load, making the jack both easy to transport and highly durable.
The dual-pump hydraulic system is the performance centerpiece of the OY1057-2. Unlike single-pump designs that require numerous strokes to engage the load, this jack features a two-stage pumping mechanism: the first stage delivers high oil flow for rapid saddle ascent to the vehicle’s jacking point, while the second stage automatically shifts to high pressure for smooth, powerful lifting. A double-sealed hydraulic cylinder ensures leak-free operation, and an integrated overload safety valve prevents lifting beyond the 2.5-ton capacity. The low-profile design offers a minimum saddle height of approximately 135 mm for low-clearance vehicles and a maximum lift height of 410 mm for ample workspace.
