OY2040S 40Ton bending Hydraulic Shop Press

The OY2040S is the 40-ton hydraulic shop press, featuring a 650 mm working bed width,combined with a 40-ton pressing capacity that extends pressing capability well into heavy industrial metalworking territory. 
The 0-1080 mm working range provides exceptional vertical clearance, and the position adjustable lower bed can be repositioned at coarse height increments for rapid setup changes between different component sizes. A precision pressure gauge and multi-point safety protection system monitor and limit the applied force across the full 40-ton range.
The all-welded high-strength alloy steel frame uses integral casting and precision machining at the key structural joints to maintain perpendicular ram travel and geometric accuracy under the substantial reaction forces generated at 40 tons. The ram is equipped with dual return springs for automatic retraction upon pressure release. The frame is fabricated from structural steel with precision‑machined mating surfaces to ensure repeatable alignment after each reassembly. ISO9001 and CE certifications are in place.
