OY0021-C 2Ton with handle Scissor Jack is the maximum-capacity model in the scissor jack series, designed for larger passenger vehicles, full-size SUVs, and light pickup trucks that exceed the safe working load of standard 1.5-ton scissors jacks. With a 2-ton capacity and a lift range of 100–355 mm, it provides a wide envelope of coverage for emergency roadside use on heavy vehicle platforms.
The steel arm assembly is constructed from high-strength steel sections that are significantly heavier than those used in lower-capacity models, providing the structural stiffness needed to resist bending and buckling under 2-ton loading without an unsafe increase in overall jack weight. Structural rigidity at full extension is critical in a scissor design, where the arm geometry is least mechanically advantageous at maximum height.
Base contact with the ground is via a wide flat plate with rolled-under edges, providing the maximum practical footprint in a compact package to resist overturning moments generated by the heavy loads at full extension.
