The OY1101B is a 0.5‑ton wheeled transmission jack, specifically designed for automotive repair shops, transmission service centers, and DIY garages that require a mobile, stable, and easy‑to‑maneuver solution for removing and installing vehicle transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials. With a maximum lifting capacity of 0.5 tons, this jack safely handles the majority of passenger car and light truck transmissions. Unlike stationary transmission stands or adapted floor jacks, the OY1101B is built on a robust wheeled base with four swivel casters (two lockable), providing excellent mobility around the shop floor and precise positioning under the vehicle. The jack is equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism operated by a foot pedal, freeing the operator’s hands to guide and secure the load during the critical alignment phase. The lifting saddle can be adjusted in height to match the angle of the engine bell housing or transmission mount.
The jack is constructed from heavy‑duty welded steel with a durable powder‑coated finish, resisting oil, grease, and workshop abrasion. The lifting saddle features a large, non‑slip surface and includes a set of adjustable support arms and a safety chain with a hook to securely fasten the transmission during lifting, lowering, and moving.
