OY2103 1.5Ton Industrial-Grade Floor Transmission Jack

The OY2103 extends the floor transmission jack concept into industrial-grade territory with a 1.5-ton capacity, making it the appropriate tool for light commercial vehicle fleets, minivans and full-size vans with heavy diesel automatic gearboxes, and agricultural or construction equipment transmission services. The reinforced base casting and hardened scissor pivot pins are engineered for the stress concentrations that develop when the full 1.5-ton capacity is engaged at maximum extension.
Height range of 200 to 800 mm provides access under most commercial vehicle frames at both ramp and post-lift heights. The scissor mechanism uses heavy-gauge folded-steel arms with sealed roller bearings at each pivot point, maintaining smooth, predictable movement even after years of daily workshop use under high loads. Chain attachment features reinforced load-rated links and quick-connect hooks for fast, secure engagement with the transmission housing.
