OY20953 2000LBS Standard-Rotating Car Rotisserie

The OY20953 is a 2000 LBS standard-rotating car rotisserie designed to transform full-body restoration projects by giving technicians unrestricted access to every surface of a vehicle shell without the vehicle ever touching the ground. Once the body is mounted to the four adjustable arms, the entire assembly can be rotated to any angle—including full horizontal—exposing floor pans, inner sill cavities, firewall seams, and rear quarter structures that would otherwise require awkward under-vehicle work or repeated repositioning of floor stands.

The high-strength steel frame is precision-welded and finished with a two-stage paint process for corrosion resistance under the harsh chemical exposure typical of bodywork environments: paint stripper, rust converter, primer aerosols, and welding splatter. Each of the four mounting arms adjusts independently, allowing the body to be centered on the rotisserie regardless of the original wheelbase or overall length of the vehicle.

At each rotation point, a positive-engagement locking pin stops the shell at the desired angle and prevents drift during operations that generate vibration or impact—such as angle-grinding seam welds or using a stud gun on the quarter panels. The low-profile caster base rolls on standard 4-inch shop casters, allowing the assembled unit to be repositioned on a flat shop floor without disassembly.
