The OY2040‑2 is a 40‑ton pneumatic shop press that combines the power of a hydraulic system with the convenience and safety of air‑operated control. The press features a heavy‑duty welded steel H‑frame, stress‑relieved after fabrication to maintain structural integrity under full 40‑ton loads.
Air pressure requirement: 0.75–0.85 MPa.  A pneumatic‑over‑hydraulic intensifier pump converts shop air into hydraulic pressure, delivering smooth, controlled pressing without the need for electric motors or complex wiring. The system includes a precision pressure regulator and a large, glycerin‑filled pressure gauge, allowing operators to set and monitor the exact pressing force. The width is 650 mm, and the adjustable work table can be repositioned at different heights , offering a maximum working distance of 1080mm.
The entire press is finished with durable powder coating for resistance to oil, rust, and workshop wear.
