The OY1102C adds internal structural reinforcing to the dual-stage cylinder assembly, extending the service life of the hydraulic seals and stop rings under repeated heavy-use cycles that would cause wear-related pressure loss in a standard cylinder. The reinforced cylinder walls carry a thicker cross-section at the piston travel zones, and the hardened stop rings prevent metal-to-metal contact at the stage transition point—the primary wear location in any dual-stage jack.
These engineering upgrades are particularly relevant for high-throughput shops that perform multiple transmission jobs per day and expect workshop tools to run for years without hydraulic maintenance. The reinforced seals maintain pressure under extended static load, keeping the transmission steady while the technician takes time installing surrounding hardware—a practical advantage over cylinders that drift gradually when held at a fixed position.
Height range is 850–1750 mm with matching 480 and 465 mm stage strokes, giving the same vehicle coverage as the OY1102B. The compact 49 × 32 × 73 cm footprint and 48 kg weight keep the unit practical for tight workshop bays. four-caster star base, safety chain, and hydraulic overload valve are standard equipment.
