OY6607 Long-Reach 25M Dual-Section Air Hose Reel

OY6607 is a heavy-reach air hose reel comprising a 25-metre main hose and a 2-metre lead-in section, giving a total deployed length of 27 metres. This extended reach is suited to large workshops, truck bays, and outdoor servicing areas where the distance between the air supply and the work point is considerable.

The 5/16-inch bore hose at 7.5mm inner diameter is optimised for tools with moderate to high airflow requirements, and the 1/4-inch BSPT outlet maintains standard fitting compatibility across the tool inventory of most workshops. The working pressure rating of 150 PSI covers the typical regulated supply range.

The retract mechanism on OY6607 is engineered to manage the greater spring energy required to recover 27 metres of hose. A controlled spring tension system reduces the snap-back force, which is especially relevant for user safety when the hose is released from a long extension.

The 2-metre lead-in section provides additional directional relief at the reel mounting point, helping to prevent repeated kinking at the point where the hose leaves the drum housing during wide angular movements.
