OYB01 Compact Manual Bead Breaker

OYB01 is the lightest model in the bead breaker range at 12.5 KG net weight, providing a compact tool for separating tyre beads from wheel rims ahead of tyre dismounting. Bead breaking is a necessary step before a tyre can be removed from a rim, and a dedicated tool makes the process more controlled and protects the rim from damage caused by improvised leverage methods.

The alloy steel construction of OYB01 provides the hardness and toughness required to withstand the concentrated lever forces applied at the tyre bead. The tool geometry is shaped to insert between the bead and the rim flange without damaging the rim finish during normal operation.At 12.5 KG, OYB01 is sufficiently compact to be used in confined spaces around a tyre change workstation and can be carried with one hand for repositioning between the inner and outer bead locations. The compact size suits portable tyre changing setups.
